Fan in Centralsk is regulated under the Electronics Act of 2009.
Fan is legally mandated to allow their customers the right to repair and right to install custom operating systems besides Fan's own OS. The legal mandate has been extended until 2030.
Centralskian authorities mandate this for all technology companies that make devices which support graphical operating systems.
