RECOGNIZING the need for stable legislation on matters pertaining to electronic devices and the protection of their users, the National Assembly proposes this bill.

This bill may be cited as the Electronics Act of 2009, the EA2009, or the Act on Protecting Users of Electronic Devices' Legal Rights of 2009.
